Its motif—a four-petaled blossom framed by flowing vine arabesques, grape clusters, and scrolling leaves—displays exquisite symmetry and refined curves, hailed by historians as the most graceful example among the many similar fabrics donated by Empress Komyo, consort of Emperor Shomu (701–756).

This 100% silk wallet is handcrafted entirely—inside and out—from Tatsumura Saki, a sumptuous Kyoto-woven silk brocade celebrated for its exceptionally soft, tactile texture and intricate craftsmanship.The interior layout includes a compartment for bills and receipts, and four card slots, thoughtfully designed to maintain a sleek profile while maximizing functionality.
