At Japan Objects Store, we want you to be delighted with your authentic Japanese homeware. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Japanese artisanal packaging and protective wrapping to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine, resellable condition.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service; we recommend keeping your tracking number until we confirm receipt at our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
